El Puerto is known well for its delicious food, fresh seafood and is associated with its Sherry products. Visit the classical Bodegas from Terry or Osborne and you will discover and amazing wine culture. At Romerijo there are always fresh Gambas!

Jerez de la Frontera, the home of the famous “sandman” is only 15 km from El Puerto. Here there are palms planted everywhere, lots of bodegas, and the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art.

Cádiz – the province capital – can be easily reached from El Puerto with the „Vapor“, a means of transportation that travels frequently between the two towns.

Jerez de la Frontera, about. 15 km von El Puerto is the nearest airport. Jerez can be easily accessed from European countries. From Jerez de la Fortuna one can take a bus or taxi. Alternative flights can be booked to Sevilla, Faro or Málaga.

You can organize the flight by yourself. Ideally, the arrival day at the Spanish language course destination is a Sunday; the best departure day is a Saturday. Extra nights can be booked, if you wish to arrive and depart on other days. You will receive more precise information (bus lines, timetables, maps) with your travel documents after your booking.
