Terms and Conditions for Traveling

All of our Spanish member schools are carefully selected. We offer high quality courses for the best prices.

The contract will be in effect between you and your selected partner school so that you will be spared an agency tax.

Fair Prices and Price Guarantee: the members of Idiomas Flamenco give you an accurate and fair price to all of our Spanish Language Schools, when booking through this website from the school’s original price. The same members for the school are under terms not less expensive than what you are booking.

The Spanish language course price includes: the Welcome party (depending on the language school), information package before arrival, tuition and accommodation as booked, placement test, use of course materials & course certificate upon completion of the program(s).

Not included in the price: The Spanish language course does not include excursions and activities, extra nights (which can be booked separately), airport transfer (can be booked separately), the D.E.L.E. examination fee (in case of taking an examination course).

Enrollment: You fill in the online booking form und confirm the correctness of all data with a simple mouse-click on the "submit"-button at the end of the form. All data will be sent automatically to the selected Spanish language school. We need a complete and accurate enrollment form in order to fulfill your wishes!

Confirmation and Payment: You will receive your confirmation and invoice per e-mail as soon as possible from the selected partner school. Payment: A deposit of 10% of the total price is required after enrollment. The final payment is due before/upon arrival. Payment can be done through a bank transfer or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard).

Arrival Information: You will receive arrival information such as the school address, emergency phone numbers, the host family address, situation maps, bus time tables, a checklist etc. in order to prepare your language holidays.

Insurance: Our Spanish language students are not covered for any illnesses, accidents or loss of personal properties. We highly recommend a travel- and accident insurance. We are not responsible for accidents, losses or damages etc.

Cancellation by the student: A cancellation fee of 10% (the deposit) will be charged for cancellations made at least 1 week before arrival. 30 % of the invoice will be charged for cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival. No refund will be made once the course has started for any reason such as a serious illness proved by a medical certificate. Cancellations should be addressed directly to the selected member school. We recommend a cancellation insurance.

Visas for Spain: Citizens of countries belonging to the European Union do not need Visas to enter Spain. Students coming from other countries should inform themselves as to the requirements for obtaining a Visa at their nearest Spanish Embassy. Course participants are responsible for valid passports, visas and foreign exchange regulations, airport and health regulations (such as vaccinations) and for the completeness of their travel documents. The student is responsible for all costs and disadvantages, which arise from the disregard of this regulation. To stateless people and double citizens apply special regulations. In these cases, please ask your local Spanish Embassy.
